做法:春笋(sǔn )切(qiē )成片后加少许盐捞出后用(yòng )清水浸泡,生姜切(qiē )片(piàn ),葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入(rù )2勺油,放入(rù )生姜、春笋、牛肉(ròu )片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少(shǎo )量清水半(bàn )掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮(zhǔ )开(kāi )后转中火。煮到(dào )水(shuǐ )快熬干的(de )时候加入盐,翻炒(chǎo )均匀稍收汁时盖上(shàng )锅(guō )盖焖。
