做法:春笋切成片后加(jiā )少许盐捞出后(hòu )用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱(cōng )切成段。锅烧热,倒(dǎo )入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片(piàn )、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻(fān )炒均匀(yún ),加入(rù )少(shǎo )量(liàng )清水(shuǐ )半掩住春(chūn )笋,盖(gài )上锅盖大(dà )火煮开后转中火(huǒ )。煮到水快熬(áo )干的时候加入(rù )盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上(shàng )锅盖焖。 -
