做法(fǎ ):春笋切(qiē )成片后加少(shǎo )许盐捞(lāo )出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱(cōng )切成段。锅(guō )烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛(niú )肉片(piàn )、葱段翻炒1分钟左(zuǒ )右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油(yóu )翻(fān )炒均匀,加入少量清(qīng )水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大(dà )火煮开后转中火。煮到(dào )水(shuǐ )快熬干(gàn )的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收(shōu )汁(zhī )时盖上锅盖焖。 -
