做法:春笋切成片后加(jiā )少(shǎo )许盐捞出后用清(qīng )水(shuǐ )浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左(zuǒ )右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清(qīng )水半(bàn )掩住春笋,盖(gài )上(shàng )锅盖(gài )大(dà )火煮开后转中(zhōng )火。煮到(dào )水(shuǐ )快熬(áo )干的时候加(jiā )入盐,翻炒均匀(yún )稍收汁时(shí )盖上锅盖(gài )焖。
