做法:春(chūn )笋(sǔn )切成(chéng )片后加少许(xǔ )盐捞出后用清(qīng )水浸(jìn )泡(pào ),生姜切(qiē )片,葱切(qiē )成段。锅烧热,倒(dǎo )入2勺油,放入(rù )生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒(chǎo )1分钟(zhōng )左右(yòu )。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入(rù )少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后(hòu )转中火。煮(zhǔ )到水快熬干的时候(hòu )加(jiā )入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁(zhī )时盖上锅盖(gài )焖。 -
