做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后(hòu )用清水浸泡,生姜(jiāng )切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入(rù )生姜、春笋、牛肉(ròu )片(piàn )、葱段翻(fān )炒1分(fèn )钟左右。再加入生抽(chōu )、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油翻(fān )炒(chǎo )均匀,加入少量清水半掩住(zhù )春笋(sǔn ),盖上锅盖(gài )大火煮开后转(zhuǎn )中火。煮到水快熬(áo )干的时候加(jiā )入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时(shí )盖上(shàng )锅盖焖。 -
