做法:春笋切成片(piàn )后加少(shǎo )许盐(yán )捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片(piàn ),葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋(sǔn )、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左(zuǒ )右。再(zài )加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻(fān )炒(chǎo )均匀,加入少量(liàng )清(qīng )水半掩住春笋,盖上(shàng )锅盖大(dà )火煮开后(hòu )转中火。煮(zhǔ )到(dào )水快(kuài )熬(áo )干的(de )时(shí )候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上(shàng )锅盖焖。 -
