做法:春笋切(qiē )成片后加少许盐捞出后用清(qīng )水浸泡,生(shēng )姜切(qiē )片,葱切(qiē )成段(duàn )。锅烧热,倒入2勺(sháo )油,放(fàng )入生姜、春(chūn )笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟(zhōng )左右。再加(jiā )入生抽(chōu )、老抽、蚝油翻炒(chǎo )均匀,加(jiā )入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖(gài )大火煮开后转中火。煮到水(shuǐ )快熬干的时(shí )候加入(rù )盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
