做法:春笋切(qiē )成片(piàn )后加少许盐捞出后(hòu )用清水浸泡,生(shēng )姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧(shāo )热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春(chūn )笋、牛肉片、葱段翻(fān )炒1分钟左右(yòu )。再(zài )加入(rù )生(shēng )抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量(liàng )清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到(dào )水(shuǐ )快熬干的时(shí )候加入盐,翻(fān )炒均匀(yún )稍收汁时盖上(shàng )锅盖焖。 -
