做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐(yán )捞(lāo )出后用清水(shuǐ )浸泡(pào ),生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放(fàng )入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻(fān )炒1分钟左右。再加(jiā )入生(shēng )抽、老抽、蚝油翻(fān )炒均匀,加入(rù )少量清水半(bàn )掩住春笋(sǔn ),盖上锅盖大火煮开后转(zhuǎn )中火。煮到(dào )水快熬干(gàn )的(de )时(shí )候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收(shōu )汁时盖上锅(guō )盖焖。 -
