做法:洗净宰好鲫鱼,洗净(jìng )淮山和(hé )薏米。用清水把陈皮泡软,拍(pāi )裂一小块(kuài )姜(jiāng ),热锅,用姜(jiāng )块在锅上擦(cā )一遍,放两(liǎng )勺(sháo )油,待油六成热(rè )下鱼,煎至微黄(huáng )。煮沸瓦煲里的清水(shuǐ ),放入(rù )煎煮好(hǎo )的鲫鱼和其他材料,武火煮沸,转中小火煲(bāo )一(yī )个半小时,下盐调味即可品尝(cháng )。 -
