做法:春(chūn )笋切成(chéng )片后(hòu )加少许盐捞出后用(yòng )清水浸泡,生姜(jiāng )切(qiē )片,葱切成段。锅烧热(rè ),倒入2勺油,放入生(shēng )姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝(háo )油翻炒(chǎo )均(jun1 )匀,加(jiā )入(rù )少量清水半掩住春笋(sǔn ),盖上锅盖(gài )大火煮开后转(zhuǎn )中火。煮到水快熬干(gàn )的时候加入盐,翻炒(chǎo )均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
