做法:春笋切成(chéng )片后加少许盐捞出(chū )后用清水浸泡,生姜(jiāng )切片(piàn ),葱切成(chéng )段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油(yóu ),放入生姜(jiāng )、春笋、牛肉片、葱(cōng )段翻炒1分(fèn )钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻(fān )炒均(jun1 )匀,加入少(shǎo )量清(qīng )水半掩(yǎn )住春笋,盖(gài )上锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到水(shuǐ )快熬(áo )干的时候加入盐,翻炒均(jun1 )匀稍(shāo )收汁时盖上锅盖焖。
