做法:春笋切(qiē )成片(piàn )后加少许盐捞出后用清(qīng )水浸(jìn )泡,生姜(jiāng )切片,葱切成段。锅烧(shāo )热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋(sǔn )、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左(zuǒ )右。再(zài )加入生抽、老抽、蚝油(yóu )翻(fān )炒均匀,加(jiā )入少量清(qīng )水半(bàn )掩(yǎn )住春笋,盖上锅(guō )盖大火煮开后转(zhuǎn )中火。煮到水快熬干的时候(hòu )加入盐,翻炒均匀(yún )稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
