做(zuò )法(fǎ ):春笋切成片后加(jiā )少许盐(yán )捞出后用清水浸泡(pào ),生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺(sháo )油,放(fàng )入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段(duàn )翻炒1分钟(zhōng )左右(yòu )。再(zài )加入(rù )生抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清(qīng )水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到水快(kuài )熬(áo )干的时候加入盐,翻(fān )炒均匀稍收汁时(shí )盖上锅盖焖。 -
