做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后用清(qīng )水浸泡,生(shēng )姜(jiāng )切片,葱切(qiē )成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生(shēng )姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒(chǎo )1分钟(zhōng )左右。再加(jiā )入生抽、老抽(chōu )、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少(shǎo )量清水(shuǐ )半掩住(zhù )春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮(zhǔ )开后转中(zhōng )火。煮到水快熬(áo )干的时(shí )候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁(zhī )时盖上锅盖焖。 -
