做法:春(chūn )笋切成片后加少许盐捞(lāo )出后用清水(shuǐ )浸(jìn )泡,生姜切片,葱切(qiē )成段。锅烧热,倒(dǎo )入2勺油,放(fàng )入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻(fān )炒1分钟(zhōng )左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀(yún ),加入少量(liàng )清水(shuǐ )半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开(kāi )后(hòu )转中火。煮到水快熬(áo )干(gàn )的时候加入盐,翻炒均(jun1 )匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖(gài )焖。 -
