做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞(lāo )出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切(qiē )成段。锅(guō )烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生(shēng )姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻(fān )炒1分钟左右。再加入生(shēng )抽、老抽、蚝(háo )油翻(fān )炒(chǎo )均匀,加入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火(huǒ )煮开后转中火。煮(zhǔ )到水快熬(áo )干的时候加入盐,翻(fān )炒(chǎo )均匀(yún )稍收(shōu )汁时(shí )盖上锅盖(gài )焖(mèn )。 -
