做(zuò )法:春(chūn )笋切成(chéng )片后(hòu )加(jiā )少许盐捞出(chū )后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺(sháo )油,放入生姜、春(chūn )笋、牛肉片、葱段翻(fān )炒(chǎo )1分钟左右(yòu )。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝(háo )油翻炒均匀,加(jiā )入少量清(qīng )水半掩住春笋,盖上锅(guō )盖大(dà )火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻(fān )炒均(jun1 )匀稍(shāo )收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
