做法(fǎ ):洗(xǐ )净宰好(hǎo )鲫(jì )鱼,洗净(jìng )淮(huái )山和薏米。用清水把陈皮泡软(ruǎn ),拍裂一小块(kuài )姜,热锅,用姜(jiāng )块在锅(guō )上擦一遍,放两勺油(yóu ),待油六成热下鱼,煎至微黄(huáng )。煮沸瓦煲里的清(qīng )水,放入煎煮好的鲫鱼和其他材料,武火煮沸,转中小(xiǎo )火煲一个(gè )半小时(shí ),下盐调(diào )味(wèi )即可品尝。 -
