做法:春笋切成片后加(jiā )少(shǎo )许(xǔ )盐捞出后用清水浸泡(pào ),生(shēng )姜切(qiē )片,葱(cōng )切成段。锅烧(shāo )热,倒入2勺油(yóu ),放入生姜、春(chūn )笋、牛肉片、葱(cōng )段翻炒(chǎo )1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老(lǎo )抽(chōu )、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入(rù )少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上(shàng )锅盖大火(huǒ )煮开(kāi )后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时候加(jiā )入盐,翻(fān )炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。
