做法:春笋(sǔn )切成片后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅(guō )烧热,倒(dǎo )入2勺(sháo )油,放入生(shēng )姜、春笋、牛(niú )肉片、葱段翻(fān )炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽(chōu )、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩住(zhù )春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开(kāi )后转中(zhōng )火。煮(zhǔ )到(dào )水快(kuài )熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀(yún )稍收(shōu )汁时盖(gài )上锅(guō )盖焖。
