做法:春笋切成(chéng )片后加少许盐捞出后(hòu )用(yòng )清水浸泡,生姜(jiāng )切片,葱切成段(duàn )。锅烧热,倒入2勺(sháo )油,放入生(shēng )姜(jiāng )、春笋、牛(niú )肉片、葱(cōng )段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽(chōu )、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量(liàng )清水半掩住春笋,盖(gài )上锅(guō )盖大火煮(zhǔ )开后转中火。煮到水(shuǐ )快熬(áo )干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁(zhī )时盖上锅盖焖。
