做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后用(yòng )清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱(cōng )切成段。锅烧热,倒入(rù )2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段(duàn )翻炒1分钟(zhōng )左右。再加入(rù )生抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油(yóu )翻炒均(jun1 )匀,加入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖(gài )上锅(guō )盖大火煮开后(hòu )转中(zhōng )火。煮到水快熬干的时候加(jiā )入盐(yán ),翻炒均(jun1 )匀稍收汁(zhī )时盖上锅盖焖(mèn )。
