做法:春笋切成片后加少许(xǔ )盐捞出后(hòu )用清水浸泡,生姜(jiāng )切(qiē )片,葱切成段(duàn )。锅烧热,倒入2勺油(yóu ),放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟(zhōng )左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝(háo )油翻炒(chǎo )均(jun1 )匀,加入少(shǎo )量清水(shuǐ )半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开(kāi )后转中火。煮到(dào )水(shuǐ )快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍(shāo )收汁时(shí )盖上锅盖焖。
