做法:洗(xǐ )净(jìng )宰好鲫鱼,洗净淮(huái )山和薏(yì )米。用清水(shuǐ )把陈皮泡软,拍(pāi )裂(liè )一小块姜,热锅,用姜块在锅上擦一遍(biàn ),放两勺油,待油六(liù )成热下(xià )鱼,煎至微黄(huáng )。煮沸瓦(wǎ )煲里的清水(shuǐ ),放入煎煮好的鲫鱼和其他材料,武火(huǒ )煮(zhǔ )沸,转中小火煲一个半小时,下盐调(diào )味即可品(pǐn )尝。 -
