做法:洗净宰好鲫鱼,洗净淮(huái )山和薏米。用清水(shuǐ )把陈皮泡软,拍(pāi )裂一小块姜,热锅,用姜块(kuài )在锅上(shàng )擦一(yī )遍,放(fàng )两(liǎng )勺(sháo )油,待油六成热下(xià )鱼,煎至(zhì )微(wēi )黄。煮沸瓦(wǎ )煲(bāo )里的清水,放入煎煮好的鲫鱼和其他材料,武火煮沸,转中小火煲一个半小(xiǎo )时,下(xià )盐调味即可品尝。 -
