做法:春笋(sǔn )切成片后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切(qiē )片,葱(cōng )切成段。锅(guō )烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻(fān )炒1分钟左右(yòu )。再(zài )加入生抽(chōu )、老抽、蚝(háo )油翻炒(chǎo )均(jun1 )匀,加入少量清(qīng )水半掩住春笋,盖上锅(guō )盖(gài )大火煮开(kāi )后转中火。煮到水快熬干(gàn )的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀(yún )稍收汁时(shí )盖上锅(guō )盖焖。
