做(zuò )法:春笋切成(chéng )片后加少(shǎo )许盐(yán )捞出后用(yòng )清水浸(jìn )泡,生姜(jiāng )切片,葱(cōng )切成段。锅烧热,倒(dǎo )入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋(sǔn )、牛肉片、葱段翻炒(chǎo )1分钟左(zuǒ )右。再(zài )加入生抽(chōu )、老抽、蚝(háo )油翻炒均匀,加入少量(liàng )清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到(dào )水快熬干的时候加(jiā )入盐,翻炒均匀(yún )稍收汁时(shí )盖上锅盖焖。 -
