做法:春笋切成片(piàn )后加少(shǎo )许盐捞出(chū )后(hòu )用(yòng )清(qīng )水(shuǐ )浸泡(pào ),生(shēng )姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放(fàng )入生姜、春(chūn )笋(sǔn )、牛肉片、葱段(duàn )翻炒(chǎo )1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒(chǎo )均匀,加入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上(shàng )锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到水(shuǐ )快熬干的(de )时候加入(rù )盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
