做法:春笋切成片(piàn )后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸(jìn )泡,生姜切片,葱切(qiē )成段(duàn )。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放(fàng )入生姜(jiāng )、春笋、牛(niú )肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左(zuǒ )右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻(fān )炒均匀,加入少量清水半(bàn )掩住春笋,盖(gài )上锅盖大火(huǒ )煮开后转(zhuǎn )中火。煮到(dào )水(shuǐ )快熬干的时候加入盐(yán ),翻炒均(jun1 )匀稍收(shōu )汁时盖上(shàng )锅盖焖。 -
