做法:春笋切(qiē )成(chéng )片后加少(shǎo )许(xǔ )盐捞出后用(yòng )清水浸泡,生姜切(qiē )片,葱(cōng )切成段。锅(guō )烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱(cōng )段翻炒1分钟(zhōng )左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖(gài )上锅盖大火(huǒ )煮开后(hòu )转中火。煮到水快熬(áo )干的时候加入盐,翻炒(chǎo )均匀稍收(shōu )汁(zhī )时(shí )盖上锅盖焖。
