做法:春笋切成(chéng )片后加少许盐捞出后用清(qīng )水(shuǐ )浸泡,生姜(jiāng )切(qiē )片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放(fàng )入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻(fān )炒1分钟左右。再(zài )加入生抽、老抽(chōu )、蚝(háo )油翻炒均匀(yún ),加入少(shǎo )量清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开(kāi )后转中火。煮到水快熬干的(de )时候加入(rù )盐,翻炒均匀稍(shāo )收(shōu )汁时盖上锅(guō )盖(gài )焖。 -
