做法:洗净(jìng )宰好鲫鱼(yú ),洗净淮山和薏米(mǐ )。用清(qīng )水把陈皮泡软,拍裂(liè )一小块姜,热锅,用姜块在锅(guō )上(shàng )擦一遍,放两勺(sháo )油,待油六成热(rè )下鱼,煎至微黄。煮(zhǔ )沸瓦煲里的清水,放入煎煮好的鲫鱼和(hé )其他(tā )材(cái )料(liào ),武(wǔ )火煮沸,转中小火煲一个半小时,下(xià )盐调(diào )味即可品尝。 -
