做法:春(chūn )笋切成片后加少(shǎo )许盐捞(lāo )出后用清水浸泡(pào ),生(shēng )姜切片(piàn ),葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺(sháo )油,放(fàng )入生姜、春(chūn )笋、牛肉片(piàn )、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半(bàn )掩住(zhù )春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到(dào )水(shuǐ )快熬干(gàn )的时候加(jiā )入盐,翻炒均匀稍收(shōu )汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
