做法:春笋切成片(piàn )后(hòu )加少许盐捞(lāo )出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成(chéng )段(duàn )。锅(guō )烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝(háo )油翻(fān )炒均匀(yún ),加入(rù )少量清水半掩(yǎn )住春笋,盖上(shàng )锅(guō )盖大火煮开后转(zhuǎn )中火。煮到水(shuǐ )快熬(áo )干(gàn )的时候(hòu )加入盐,翻炒均匀稍(shāo )收汁时盖上(shàng )锅盖焖。 -
