做(zuò )法:洗净宰好(hǎo )鲫鱼,洗净淮(huái )山和薏米(mǐ )。用清水把(bǎ )陈皮泡软,拍(pāi )裂一小块姜,热锅,用姜块在锅上(shàng )擦一遍,放两勺(sháo )油(yóu ),待油六成热下鱼,煎至微黄。煮沸瓦煲里(lǐ )的清(qīng )水,放入煎(jiān )煮好(hǎo )的鲫鱼和其他材料,武火煮沸,转中小(xiǎo )火煲一个(gè )半小时(shí ),下盐调味(wèi )即(jí )可品尝。 -
