做法(fǎ ):春笋切成(chéng )片(piàn )后加少许盐(yán )捞出后用清水浸泡(pào ),生姜切片(piàn ),葱切(qiē )成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺(sháo )油,放入生姜、春笋、牛(niú )肉片(piàn )、葱段翻炒(chǎo )1分钟(zhōng )左右。再(zài )加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量(liàng )清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬(áo )干的时(shí )候加入盐,翻炒均(jun1 )匀稍收汁时(shí )盖上锅盖焖。
