做法:春笋(sǔn )切成片后加少许盐捞出(chū )后用清水浸泡,生(shēng )姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺(sháo )油,放入(rù )生姜、春(chūn )笋、牛(niú )肉(ròu )片、葱段翻炒(chǎo )1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均(jun1 )匀,加入少(shǎo )量清水半掩住(zhù )春笋,盖上锅盖(gài )大(dà )火煮开后转中(zhōng )火(huǒ )。煮(zhǔ )到水快熬干的时候加入(rù )盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。
