做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后用(yòng )清水浸泡,生(shēng )姜切(qiē )片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再(zài )加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量(liàng )清(qīng )水半掩(yǎn )住春(chūn )笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转(zhuǎn )中(zhōng )火。煮到(dào )水快(kuài )熬干的时候(hòu )加入盐,翻炒(chǎo )均匀稍收(shōu )汁时盖上锅盖(gài )焖。
