做法:春笋切成片后(hòu )加少许盐捞出后用清(qīng )水浸泡,生(shēng )姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒(dǎo )入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻(fān )炒1分钟左右。再(zài )加入生抽、老抽、蚝(háo )油翻(fān )炒均(jun1 )匀,加入少(shǎo )量清水(shuǐ )半掩住春笋,盖上锅(guō )盖大(dà )火煮(zhǔ )开后转中(zhōng )火。煮到水快熬干的(de )时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖(gài )上(shàng )锅盖焖。 -
