做法:春笋切成片后加(jiā )少(shǎo )许盐捞出后(hòu )用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切(qiē )成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春(chūn )笋(sǔn )、牛肉片、葱段(duàn )翻炒1分钟左右。再加入(rù )生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒(chǎo )均(jun1 )匀,加入少量清(qīng )水半掩(yǎn )住春(chūn )笋,盖(gài )上(shàng )锅盖大火煮(zhǔ )开后转(zhuǎn )中火。煮(zhǔ )到水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收(shōu )汁时(shí )盖上锅盖(gài )焖。
