做法:春笋切成片后(hòu )加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱(cōng )切成段。锅(guō )烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋(sǔn )、牛(niú )肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟(zhōng )左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水(shuǐ )半掩住春笋,盖(gài )上(shàng )锅(guō )盖大火煮(zhǔ )开后(hòu )转中火。煮到水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均(jun1 )匀(yún )稍(shāo )收汁时盖上锅(guō )盖焖。 -
