做法:洗净宰好鲫鱼,洗净(jìng )淮(huái )山和薏米。用清水把陈皮泡软(ruǎn ),拍裂(liè )一小块姜,热(rè )锅,用(yòng )姜(jiāng )块在锅上擦一遍,放两(liǎng )勺油(yóu ),待油六成热下鱼,煎至微(wēi )黄。煮沸瓦煲里的清(qīng )水,放入煎(jiān )煮好的鲫(jì )鱼和其他材料,武火煮沸,转中(zhōng )小火煲一个半小时,下(xià )盐调味即可品尝。 -
