做法:春笋切成片(piàn )后加少许(xǔ )盐捞出后用清水(shuǐ )浸泡,生姜切(qiē )片,葱(cōng )切成段。锅(guō )烧热,倒(dǎo )入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱(cōng )段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清(qīng )水半掩住春笋(sǔn ),盖(gài )上锅盖大(dà )火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时(shí )候加(jiā )入(rù )盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。
