做法:春(chūn )笋切成片后加(jiā )少(shǎo )许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成(chéng )段。锅烧热,倒入2勺(sháo )油,放(fàng )入生姜(jiāng )、春笋、牛肉片(piàn )、葱段翻炒1分(fèn )钟左右。再加入(rù )生抽、老抽、蚝油翻(fān )炒均匀,加(jiā )入少量清水(shuǐ )半掩住春(chūn )笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬干的(de )时候(hòu )加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖(gài )上锅盖焖。
