做法:春笋切成片后加少(shǎo )许(xǔ )盐捞出后用清(qīng )水浸泡,生姜切(qiē )片,葱切成(chéng )段(duàn )。锅烧热,倒入2勺(sháo )油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右(yòu )。再加入生(shēng )抽、老抽、蚝油(yóu )翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上(shàng )锅盖大火煮开后转(zhuǎn )中火。煮到水快(kuài )熬干的时(shí )候(hòu )加入(rù )盐,翻炒均匀稍收(shōu )汁时(shí )盖上锅(guō )盖焖。
