做法:春笋切成片后(hòu )加少许盐捞出(chū )后用清水浸(jìn )泡,生姜切片(piàn ),葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段(duàn )翻炒(chǎo )1分钟(zhōng )左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均(jun1 )匀,加入少(shǎo )量清(qīng )水半(bàn )掩住春(chūn )笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时候加(jiā )入盐(yán ),翻炒均(jun1 )匀稍收(shōu )汁时(shí )盖(gài )上锅盖焖。 -
