做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生(shēng )姜切片,葱切成段(duàn )。锅烧(shāo )热,倒入2勺油,放(fàng )入(rù )生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加(jiā )入生(shēng )抽、老抽、蚝(háo )油翻炒均(jun1 )匀,加入少(shǎo )量(liàng )清(qīng )水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中火(huǒ )。煮到水快熬(áo )干的时候加入盐(yán ),翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅(guō )盖焖(mèn )。
