做法:春笋(sǔn )切成片后加少(shǎo )许盐捞(lāo )出后用清水浸(jìn )泡,生姜切(qiē )片,葱切成段。锅烧(shāo )热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛(niú )肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右(yòu )。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半(bàn )掩住春(chūn )笋,盖上锅(guō )盖大火煮开后转中火(huǒ )。煮到水快熬(áo )干的时候加入(rù )盐,翻炒均匀(yún )稍(shāo )收汁(zhī )时盖上(shàng )锅盖(gài )焖。 -
